The founder of Yo’s Idea Box, Yo Berghoff, is an Elite Fitness Trainer with over a decade of experience in the fitness industry. She has competed in 5 Bikini Competitions, recently earning the title of World Beauty and Fitness Federation (WBFF) Pro! She has competed in three different federations, including the Muscle Beach Show, the NPC Show, and the WBFF Show.
Yo is a fitness and wellness expert with a passion for elevating her clients to live their best lives. She’s all about harnessing and cultivating inner strength and confidence. Yo is currently accepting new clients. Let’s start your journey today!
